Face And Body Waxing

Waxing is temporary method for removing unwanted facial body hair with the use of warm wax. Unlike shaving, which leave hair feeling coarse and stubby and must be repeated almost daily, waxing leaves the skin smooth for weeks. Generally, waxing must be done every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the rate of hair growth. For effective waxing, the hair needs to be 1/8 inch above the skin surface, for some client this is approximately two weeks growth. Over time most clients see a major decrease in hair re-growth on the body due to waxing.

Precautions:

Do not wax if using Retin-A or Accutane. Avoid sun-tanning 24 hours prior and after waxing.
